Manor House Policies

Check-in is between 3 PM and 5 PM unless arrangements for early or late check in are made by contacting us prior to your arrival date, should you be delayed or plan to arrive outside these hours.

Check out is 11 AM.

A deposit in the amount of the first nights stay plus applicable taxes is taken for all reservations upon booking.

Cancellation: Due to the small size of our manor, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations and therefore we firmly adhere to our cancellation policy below.

Basic Cancellation: You have until 11 days prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation; we will refund your deposit less a 10% of total cost of your stay processing fee. If you cancel within 10 days of your arrival date, regardless of the circumstances, you will be charged in full for your reservation. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure within 10 days of your arrival is considered a cancellation.

Special Event/Holiday Cancellation: During Holidays and Special Events such as WVSOM Graduation, Taste of Our Town, and the Chocolate Festival, you have until 30 days prior to your arrival to cancel or move your reservation; we will refund your deposit less a 10% of total cost processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, regardless of the circumstances, you will be charged in full for your reservation. Reducing the length of stay or an early departure within 30 days of your arrival is considered a cancellation.

Damage: We are smoke free and pet free. Any damage to a room from smoking, unauthorized animals, or any other cause is subject to a $500.00 professional cleaning fee.

Guests accept responsibility for room keys. There is a $200.00 fee for each unreturned room key to cover locksmith and replacement parts.

Please no pets.

The manor is not recommended for small children. Please call us to discuss if need be.

No parties or events in the Manor House without express consent of the hosts.
