Manor House Policies
Check-in is between 3 PM and 5 PM unless arrangements for early or late check in are made by contacting us prior to your arrival date, should you be delayed or plan to arrive outside these hours.
Check out is 11 AM.
A deposit in the amount of the first nights stay plus applicable taxes is taken for all reservations upon booking.
Cancellation: We require 7 day notice for any changes/cancellations made to your reservation. Should you cancel seven days or more prior to your reservation, your deposit will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee. Cancellation within seven days will result in a forfeit of the deposit. No show reservations or early departures will be charged the amount of the stay in full.
Please no pets. The manor is not recommended for small children. Please call us to discuss if need be.
No parties or events in the Manor House without express consent of the hosts.
