About Maison Marcel
Maison Marcel is a charming manor house nestled on three and one-half acres, less than one mile from Lewisburg. This gorgeous 1920's home features two luxury guest suites and beautiful common areas for relaxing; curl up in front of the fire or sip tea on the back veranda. A petit déjeuner (small breakfast) is served daily in our sunny breakfast room.
Decorated by Carleton Varney (protege of Dorothy Draper) and Dickie Chilton, who is one of America’s best known interior designers and is responsible for the restoration and decoration of many hotels throughout the world including The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.
What also makes staying at Maison Marcel a unique experience is it is paired with our award-winning restaurant The French Goat. The French Goat offers classic French fare with a modern Bistro twist. All single room guests will receive a dining credit to be used toward dinner or Sunday Brunch. Maison Marcel offers guests the opportunity to dine and stay amidst the beauty of this stately manor home and the tranquilly of the West Virginia mountains. Debbie and Arthur invite you to visit Maison Marcel for an experience unique to this sublime place.
